Sew Impress Me, LLC offers custom embroidery, printing, and anything else promotional! We offer our customers both embroidered and printed apparel online using high quality, affordable designs on items of your choice, so you can advertise your school, business, or organization easily.  

How soon will my custom order arrive?

Custom orders usually takes 1-4 weeks depending on the method (heat press or embroider) and the number of pieces in your order. If you need your order by a specific date please be sure to contact us at the time of purchase so that we may work to accommodate your request.

Are there any setup fees?

There is a one time $20.00 setup fee if for your custom logo to be converted into an embroidery design. There is a one time $10.00 fee for your custom logo to be converted to a heat press design. If you order 10 or more items with your first order this fee is waived.

Why do you charge a setup fee for uploaded logo's?

Unfortunately, custom logo’s still need to be digitized by hand for the best results. Our design team has access to state of the art digitizing software and even this software cannot produce production quality logo's automatically. If software existed that could automatically create digitized logo's we would be using it and digitizing would be free. Other companies combine digitizing into the total cost to make it look free (its not). Once you have paid us to digitize your logo, you will never have to pay for us to do it again. 

Are there any limitations on the types of graphics that can be reproduced with the embroidery or heat press?

Yes. Small text, fine detail, and color gradients can be difficult to reproduce. Additionally the level of detail that can be reproduced is affected by the type of fabric the logo is stitched on. 

How do I get my design to Sew Impress Me?

You can upload artwork in PNG JPG or GIF by sending an email to sewimpressme@gmail.com or using any of the Contact Us forms on our website.

What if I have a volume order?

f you have a volume order or just need some help please complete the contact us form located on our website. Our staff will be more than happy to assist you with your request!

Why do you not accept refunds?

Because of the nature of personalized items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for custom or personalized items, digital download, or items that are considered hygienic in nature (such as masks). Items can be exchanged or replaced if they arrived damaged.

Are you an authorized vendor with any organizations?

Sew Impress Me is always looking to expand it's portfolio and work by working with other organizations in the community. Currently we are an authorized vendor with the following organizations/businesses:

Do you sell on any other platforms?

Our products have been sold on Esty for many years. Some products may be visible on our Etsy shop that may not be currently visible on our website. Please let us know if you are interested in any products not shown. Happy shopping.
